A: Please send your PCB gerber files or files like “.pcb”, ”.pcbdoc”, “.lay”, “.lay6”, “.brd”,”.dip” to info@jwtpcb.com
with your order quantity, shipping country and indication of related technical requirements as well as any special requirement if you have.
If you do not have the file in the correct format, you can send all the details related to the products.
Q: How to Get a Quotation for PCBA (Assembly PCB) ?
A: Please send BOM（Bill of Material/Components) and above mentioned PCB files. It’s better if you could supply finished production photos and full requirement detail images.
Q: How to Get a Quotation for SMT Stencil ?
A: Please send above mentioned PCB files. We are able to make stencil files directly according to your PCB layout files.
Q: What is PCB Gerber file?
A:The PCB Gerber format is an open 2D binary vector image file format. It is the standard file used by printed circuit board (PCB) industry software to describe the printed circuit board images: copper layers, solder mask, legend, etc. PCB Gerber files should be inside a .rar or.zip archive with standard file extensions:

A: BOM is a Bill of Materials that list the components required to build your project. BOM’s include part number, brand, reference designator , quantity, and description of parts that need to be assembled.

A: Please send us the printed circuit board concerned,and also the sharp photos of its front side and the back side.
Q:How long does it take for PCB and assembly quote?
A: Normally 24 hours as soon as receive internal engineer evaluate confirmation.
Q:What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
A: No, we do not have MOQ requirement, we can support your projects starting from prototypes to mass productions.
Q: What’s the shipping way ?
A: We could choose express normal 3-5day quick delivery.(DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc.) Also choose Air or Sea for mass order delivery. Also you can specify a shipping way.
Q:How can we ensure our information should not let third party to see our design?
A: We are willing to sign NDA effect by customer side local law and promising to keep customers data in high confidential level.
